City is a dark taupe grey and Romance is a bright pink shade. Both colours have a creme finish and are very pigmented (1-2 coats). A pleasant surprise was how fast it dried on my nails even without a fast top coat.

Overall, I'm very impressed with these polishes and definitely will be looking for more shades.
